Blake started in the construction industry as a carpenter in custom home building. He fell in love with the attention to detail and foresight it takes to build architecturally designed custom homes. A desire to grow with the industry moved Blake to enroll in a post-graduate business school program at St. Edward’s University from which he received an MBA in entrepreneurship. Blake brings his trained discipline and attention to detail to the company and projects he manages. His ability to focus on streamlining the processes of project management and budgeting are a valuable resource for every client.
Blake is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing Texas waters, gardening, hiking in national and state parks and traveling.
Tom Sullivan was born in Austin and has worked in the custom home building business since 1998. A focus on carpentry allowed him to hone his skills and become a project manager for a premier Austin building company. His 10 years building custom homes led him to focus on learning the many intricacies and nuances of a well-build home.
Tom brings this knowledge and experience to every project which he is able to share with clients, architects, and subcontractors. This knowledge and experience allows the projects to run smoothly and brings peace of mind to every member of the team involved in the home building process.
Tom enjoys spending time with his family, listening to and playing music, biking and fishing.
Linda began working in the construction industry in 2006 and began permit consulting in 2012.
She is in interested in all aspects of the homebuilding process but particularly enjoys consulting with clients in order to prevent small issues from becoming big problems. Linda enjoys positive and respectful relationships with clients, architects, builders and city employees which allows her to find the best answers to permitting challenges.
Linda enjoys spending time with her entertaining family, outdoor recreation, reading, writing, and film.
